50.1+/- acres just outside of Paris, Tennessee located in the Clifty Creek bottom area. This farm is offers duck, deer, and turkey hunting opportunities for the serious sportsman or the weekend warrior. The farm features a 6-man duck blind overlooking 2 1/2 acres of planted corn to help attract ducks and other wildlife throughout the season. The levee system built around the field provides easy access by UTV or by foot. With the main lake, Big Sandy, West Sandy creek, and other refuges being close by, the harvest rate should reflect from the high waterfowl activity in the area.
