Description of 2481 Tinnin Rd, Goodlettsville - MLS# 3288310

MOTIVATED SELLER! A chance to buy a piece of land in Davidson County that already has septic, water and electric at an affordable price~this property sits on the edge of city life but provides the feel of peace and serenity~currently has a 1979 single wide mobile home that has not been occupied in a couple of years~also a 3 room 20x24 shed with loft framed with treated wood~owner investigated on replacing single wide and says he was told a doublewide or site built could be placed there instead but with a little elbow grease, one could probably fix up the current home~the land itself has so much to offer and has helped create many memories for the current owners and their family~walking trails were created around the property as many nights were spent camping under the stars in various locations on the property~park benches were added for resting spots~and campfire circles were made~partially fenced, it is still easy for the deer and turkey to come for a visit also~pick blackberries in the summer for those homemade pies~there is also a great building spot about halfway back that would give you more of a view if you choose~towards the back of the property is a firing range the current owner made and on the back side of the property the owner says there are 3 springs~they are offering this property to the next family that wants a bit of nature and a place to create new memories
