3660 Haven Hill Rd, Louisville, TN

Description of 3660 Haven Hill Rd, Louisville - MLS# 3181146

Seller acquired this property at a tax sale and not much is known on it. This small lot that was part of Fort Loudon Campsites is situated on a private road that has no traffic on it. Bring your car and your shoes that can get muddy. The private road is adjacent a BEAUTIFUL FARM with HORSES and it's about 2 minutes to Poland Creek Boat Ramp & Recreation Area! There is a single wide mobile home on the property in poor condition. No idea if it's salvageable for the right individual. APPROACH AT YOUR OWN RISK. SELLER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY. There's a power pole on the property, so it looks like it was hooked up to power, but Fort Loudon Electric had no records of service when I called. Quiet country living at its finest! Truck does not convey. Asphalt driveway on site. UPDATE: We were under contract, but current buyer backed out due to availability of water. It looks like South Blount Utility District has water on Haven Hill, so the owner would need to petition to have the line extended or put a well on the property. There's no sewer there, so there's not enough room for a well and a septic, according to a well drilling company. This lot was part of Fort Loudon Campsites, so AT THE VERY LEAST, it's a great place to call your own camp site and it's near a boat ramp for Fort Loudon. Park your camper and your boat near the lake and pop in whenever you want! MAKE AN OFFER!
