Important information about "estimated buyer agent compensation:
At the Ashton Real Estate Group we believe in transparency in real estate. Transparency for both our sellers and our buyers.
As such, we publish an "estimated buyer agent compensation" which is an estimate of the compensation available directly from us, the selling agent (taken from our own sellers agent fee which is negotiated independently between ourselves and our sellers) to a buyers agent should they bring us an offer that closes on one of our TAREG listings.
The estimated buyer agent compensation as the name suggests is an "estimate" which is based on historical payouts to buyers agents who have brought buyers to our listings. It is not a guaranteed compensation amount. There may be circumstances where compensation has been adjusted on a per listing basis, as such it is important that you contract us at TAREG directly in order to confirm what (if any) buyer agent compensation is available to you should you bring a buyer.
Note - TAREG will not in any way be responsible for any buyers agreement entered into between independent buyers and their buyers agent, nor does TAREG offer any additional compensation or cover any shortfall in buyer agent compensation where buyer compensation via independent agreement may be higher than TAREG buyer agent compensation".
