Structuring an area overview homefinding
trip often requires two to three days of preparation. Short
notice and lack of communication will affect the service that
we are able to provide. Therefore, please always advise us
as early as possible of your plans to visit our dynamic city!
DAY 1
Your first day will be a well-planned tour of numerous communities,
neighborhoods and homes that meet the guidelines you have
shared with us. Your goal should be to eliminate areas and
narrow the neighborhood choices to only a few as quickly as
possible. We will have prepared for you:
**An agenda of the day’s activities
**A map highlighting the route you will be taking, as well
as neighborhoods you will view
**Pertinent community data and information
**Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listing worksheets on homes
you will view
** A review at day’s end that will help us prepare
for the next day
At the conclusion of our first day, it
is important for you to tell us how you feel the day went
and to communicate your expectations for the following day.
It is not unusual for someone transferring to a new location
to completely shift gears and change their priorities after
the first day of house hunting. Communication with us is critical
in order to learn about the housing market, understand the
city, maximize our time with you and finally, to select a
neighborhood and home.

DAY 2
We will have prepared for you:
** An agenda of the day’s activities
** A map of the area(s) of concentration with the location
of homes you will view highlighted
**MLS listing worksheets of the homes you will view
When you are ready to make an offer to
purchase, we will prepare Comparable Sales Information. You
will need this data to determine historical prices in the
area and, more importantly, what you are willing to pay, given
the history and current market conditions.
With the invaluable professional expertise
