Our city is home to a 20,000-seat
Gaylord Entertainment Center, which opened in the fall of
1996 in the rejuvenated downtown district. It is the home
of the Nashville Predators National Hockey league team and
the site of numerous concerts and live entertainment shows.
The 67,000 seat Coliseum was the site of the now famous “Music
City Miracle” and home to our 1999 AFC Champions, the
Tennessee Titans Football team. We are proud of the enthusiastic
response and support that Middle Tennessee has shown to these
fine athletic organizations! When not enjoying professional
events, we tee-up our golf balls on one of the 211 public
courses, cruise the 30,000 acres of lakes or picnic and jog
in the 660 acres of public parks. Life is good, very good,
here in Middle Tennessee!
