We are both licensed Brokers and each hold a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, held by less than 5% of all Realtors nationally. We have each also been awarded an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, attained by less than 3% of all Realtors nationally. We are both Million Dollar Producers and Frank is a life member of the Million Dollar Sales Club as well as two time recipient of the distinguished SME Award of Nashville.

We have over 51 years experience as Corporate Relocation Specialists. Our firm realizes approximately 75% of its business transactions as a direct result of corporate relocation. We are currently active members of Employment Relocation Council (ERC), Middle Tennessee Regional Multiple Listing Service (MTRMLS), Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), Tennessee Association of Realtor (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
